Return Policy:

  1. Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or altered may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Return/Exchange Window: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 2 days from the date of delivery as indicated by the tracking information. After this period, returns or exchanges may not be accepted.

  4. Return/Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team [email protected] with your order number, item(s) to be returned or exchanged, and reason for return or exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

  5. Return/Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, unless the return or exchange is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment for your records.

  6. Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping costs, or other charges. Please allow 60 days for the refund to be processed after the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

  7. Exchanges: Exchanges for eligible items will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). If the exchanged item(s) have a price difference, the customer may be required to pay the difference or will be refunded the difference, depending on the circumstances.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a refund, exchange, or replacement, at our discretion.

  9. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
